Frequently asked questions
Do I need a license key?
Not for Community. Professional and Enterprise need a key you receive by email after purchase and enter under Settings → License.
What happens without a Professional license?
Community remains fully usable. Premium features show an upgrade notice – without data loss.
What is the license bound to?
One installation / domain (app_url). Confirm domain changes in your account.
What if the license API is unreachable?
After a last successful check, a 7-day grace period applies. After that, Community limits apply until validation succeeds again.
How do I renew Professional?
Via My account or the renewal page. Your existing key stays valid; the term is extended by one year.
